Sarah & Adrian tie the knot at St James Church Coorparoo

If it’s not rain, its wind …

Sarah & Adrian’s wedding was on that windy Friday in September but this couple weren’t about to let a lot of wind spoil their wedding day.

The day started with Sarah getting ready at home surrounded by her family, friends and two special little girls. We then headed to St James Parish in Coorparoo, Brisbane for the ceremony. The group photo was a little challenging in the wind but thanks to the guests who moved into position quickly we got it done without getting too windblown.  After the important family photos which we did beside the church sheltered from the wind, it was then off to Roma Street Parklands in Brisbane city for the location shoot.

This was one bridal party where I wanted to be part of the wedding as they were so much fun.  There is never enough time for me during location shoots at Roma Street Parklands as there are so many awesome spots and some very cool nooks n’ crannies once you dodge all the other bridal parties.

It was then onto the stunning function room at East Leagues Club in Coorparoo to continue the wedding celebrations and Im sure the girls were relieved to be out of the wind.

Congratulations Sarah & Adrian – and of course little Leila & Sienna.

Here are some of my favourites from the day  …
